Pets, we all love them, right? No matter if they’re running around the floor making a mess we still care for them. They are there to always put a smile on your face.

I believe that dogs are truly amazing animals with big hearts as long as you love them. They protect everyone who loves and care for them. I remember my aunties dog, Capone, when he heard somebody knock on the door he immediately started barking. Since the scent was an unfamiliar. But when I knock on my aunties door, he doesn’t bark. He just sits there because he knows it’s me. I say that because when he doesn’t pick up on a familiar scent, he quickly becomes alert. Then he goes into protective mode because he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to us.

To me that shows how dogs really are loving. If you want to find an amazing loving companion just visit a local shelter. They're all over Houston and you can also try the local pet stores. As long as you love your pet they’ll be your best friend and protector!
